How many players can be on each team?
Up to 4 people. Have less than 4? That’s okay, but remember, the registration fee is per team, not per person. (Plus, the more brains the better!)
Our company has enough people to build multiple teams. Can one company/business have more than one team?
Yes. Each company can have multiple teams. Indicate how many teams you are registering for when you complete the registration form.
How much does it cost?
The cost is $250, plus tax, for each team. This includes all three rounds of play in each mobile escape game, should your team proceed all the way through. The payment is made up front when booking, either by credit card or invoice.
(Psst…we put together a handy little PDF that will help you—or your boss—understand all the awesome things you get for the cost of registration. Check it out.)
What all does that include?
- All three rounds of the Corporate Games, should your team make it to the finals.
- A team-building opportunity for your hardworking employees and co-workers
- Spotlights and shout-outs on our Facebook page, our website, and our bi-monthly email newsletter
- The rare opportunity to compete with other companies from around Lakeland, and show off your team’s smarts!
- 1st place team will receive Lakeland Escape Room t-shirts and a 2018 Corporate Games Champion trophy.
- 2nd place will receive t-shirts and a 2018 Corporate Games plaque.
- 3rd place will receive a 2018 Corporate Games plaque.

What’s the difference between each round’s mobile escape game?
We’ve created several different mobile versions of Escape Games, perfect for parties, meetings, conferences, and just some good old-fashioned team-building.
Round 1 takes place in the the Lakeland Escape Room Mobile Unit trailer. Each team will play the Ransom theme. Learn more about the Mobile Unit here.
Round 2 will be played right here in the Lakeland Escape Room Conference Room, where we’ll set up our buildable Escape Room, Jailbreak. This room can be transported and built anywhere, again, perfect for get togethers and office gatherings.
Round 3’s game is our newest and most exciting mobile escape game yet. We’ve built a custom, table-top escape game called “This Is Nuts!” that we’ll bring right to your office. In 30 minutes, your team will work through a series of clues to unlock locks and open mysterious suitcases to solve this unique, thrilling puzzle!
Are there deadlines for completion of each round?
Yes. Round 1 must be booked and completed by April 13, 2018.
Round 2 must be booked and completed by May 4, 2018.
Round 3 must be booked and completed by May 11, 2018.

I, or someone else that I want on my team, has already visited Lakeland Escape Room and played one of the escape rooms. Can that person still compete?
Yes! This year’s Corporate Games be played in our many different Mobile Escape Units. These mobile games are separate from the rooms at Lakeland Escape Room. As long as your teammates have not competed in the Ransom themed room in the Mobile Unit trailer or participated in our buildable Escape Game or our new table-top Escape Game, they can play!
Can we substitute players in and out throughout the duration of the Games?
No. The players that you register with for your first round must be the players that compete all the way through. When you check in at Lakeland Escape Room for each round of the Games, each member of the team will be asked for a photo ID.
